SERVICE FAQS

Printing from iPhone and iPad: Mobile Print lets iOS users print documents using AirPrint on a wireless network. Airprint is automatic, but ensure you are connected to the office wireless (not 4G).

Printing from Android: Android users can print via Ricoh Connectors. This is an app which you can download. View the how-to video here: https://youtu.be/0tIuKPFcy1Q

Printing from any other mobile device: Using Email Print, any mobile device can access the Managed Mobile Print queue. This includes Windows 8 and Blackberry users.

This depends on your location. Our technicians operate within a radius surrounding Sydney CBD and Wollongong. The average wait for a service call is 1-2 business days.

For those within a main city or just outside of it, the average wait is between 1-3 business days.

You can arrange a service call by filling out our form online, live chat or by calling or emailing our service team.

Your computer could be running the incorrect printer driver. To solve this, contact us so we can help you download and install the latest print driver.

Turn the machine off. Apply a small amount of disinfecting alcohol (Isopropyl/Ethyl) onto a cloth and wipe the operation panel. Be sure to avoid pouring the alcohol solution directly onto operation panel or device surface. Then, wipe dry operation panel with dry soft cloth, if needed. Finally, turn on the machine.

This can be solved by lifting the lid, and cleaning the thin glass strip of your copier with an alcohol wipe, office wipe or dry cloth. A step by step guide can be found here: https://youtu.be/6dJkNtBkUEw

Some misfeeds can be due to the paper’s condition, or how it is input into the tray. Paper should be laid flat during storage, to avoid damage to the paper’s condition. Also, before placing the paper, ‘fan’ it and then load into the tray.

If you still experience issues, try printing from another tray. If this solves the issue, use fresh paper from a new ream in the original tray.

Ensure the paper size is set correctly by adjusting the three ‘fences’ in the tray. To place them correctly, they should be gently touching the sides of the paper.

SC service codes can be raised if there is an obstruction of the finisher or staple unit. To clear, check there is no obstruction in the trays (such as a waste paper bin). Once this is done, switch the power off, wait for ten seconds, then turn it back on. If the error message is still displaying, contact us for further assistance.

SUPPLY FAQS

This depends on your location. Those located in or around Sydney CBD and Wollongong, the average wait for a toner order is 1-2 business days.

For those within a main city or just outside of it, the average wait is between 2-3 business days.

When this message displays, make sure you have a spare toner at hand – if you don’t, contact us to arrange a replacement. To maximise toner use, wait until the cartridge is empty (a message will display on the device) before you change it.

Your device will stop working once the waste toner bottle is full. The machine alerts when it is nearly full. Once this displays, contact us for a replacement.
